Joseph founded Langfold Developments after more than 13 years running his own joinery and construction business. That experience gives him a practical understanding of how buildings are put together, how projects are delivered, and where the cost and risk sit.
Joseph leads the acquisition and assessment of every opportunity. He combines that hands-on construction knowledge with a commercially minded approach, judging each project on careful analysis and clear evidence rather than optimism. His focus is on identifying viable development opportunities, managing risk from acquisition through to delivery, and assembling the right team around each scheme.
Attention to detail and straightforward communication run through how he works, with clients and professional partners alike.
